Use of Service
You may use GetCreatives only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to generate content that infringes on third-party rights.
Credits and Payments
Credits are consumed when creatives are generated. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription credits renew monthly and do not roll over.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the product data and images you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to process this data to generate creatives on your behalf.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
